Mojo Rub

Say hello to our newest rub, Mojo. It's a blend that's an ode to the delicious notes of citrus, onion, and garlic that's typical in Caribbean cuisine, but specifically in Cuba! This rub is similar to the Sazon and Sofrito base that's typical in Latinx recipes but with an addition of citrus that adds that's extra bit of flavor we love on Roasted Pork, Chicken and FIsh. We wanted to create a spice that encompassed all of the ingredients that many love to add to their meats and sauces to give them that extra special love and flavor.

How to use: Our Mojo rub is best used to season meats and vegetables especially when roasting. But it's also great to use in beans, marinades, for dipping sauces, and even to infuse cooking oils. This rub makes for a great Mojo dipping sauce that's great for Cuban sandwiches and even to drizzle on tacos- delicious!

Ingredients:Hand blended with organic granulated garlic, granulated onion, minced onion, minced garlic, lime powder, orange powder, oregano , cilantro, and black pepper.
